Bentley Scarfs It Down5-6 lbs. ground beef2 cans chicken broth 4 cups water 1 3-lb bag frozen corn 1 3-lb bag brown rice Brown the meat in olive oil. Add broth, water, and corn when beef is cooked and bring to boil. Mix in rice and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, covered, for an hour. Let cool overnight. Makes 40-45 cups of food. |
