Cat Breeding – Tips To Care For Your Pet
Cats have been attached to human race from more than thousand years back. Cats are a great pet for people who are busy and have no time for their homes. Cats require less attention and need as compared to the other pet, the dog. Cats are believed to be the most adjustable creatures to keep in small homes or apartments.
Cats are of two types, the short-haired and long-haired. Comparing these breeds, long haired are more difficult to be taken care of, because of daily grooming, having a risk of hairballs, problem of fleas and any cuts they may have. Short hair cats outnumber the long hair cats and are easier to take care of.
Although you will find a variety of cats, but there are no shot sure clues to select purebred breeds. Cat breeds come in more than 100 different varieties. Purebred breeds have unique shapes, sizes, color, coat length, eye color and individual personalities.
Cat breeding and care is not a child’s play. It involves lot of efforts and attention if you really want your cat to stay healthy. A lot of things must be taken into consideration before breeding cats. Cat breeding is not just letting cats mate, it’s more than that. Just for the sake of earning money, you cannot make your cats breed to produce cute kittens. Producing cats is common sense, but breeding involves both scientific and systematic concepts.
Cats are by nature very clean and try to keep themselves like that always. Hence it is mandatory to provide the animals a safe and clean environment. One should be aware of the needs of the animal to avoid any mistakes. Cats are loving friends but know their feeding needs which need not be the leftovers. You need to cut down your luxuries to fulfill your pet’s needs.
Having a pet is a big responsibility so you must know the ways to groom your pet. Buy the best cat food for your feline friend that suits your budget too. Keep away all dangerous and hazardous things away from the area where your cat would stay so as to avoid any mishaps.
Your cat needs to be regularly checked by your vet for getting it castrated. Timely vaccination is required for the health of the cat; hence you need to consult your vet about the cost and other check-ups.
A good cat breeder learns a lot about the cat. Breeding does not involve rapid and quick actions. A cat breeder should follow the rules of the government and should care for the cats keeping aside the monetary motive. A good cat breeder is responsible for cat offspring’s; in the manner they look after the kittens, and the extra care given to them.

Question by Taylor: What are some low-dander dog and cat breeds?
I have allergies and dogs and cats with lots of dander can make them flare up. What are some breeds of dogs and cats that tend to have little dander? Dogs that don’t shed much would be good, too (even though that doesn’t have to do with allergies).

@JapanForSale russian blues are my favorite breed ever ! i own one i can tell you its the most loving smart amazing cat i have ever had .. too bad he’s really old now
but i love gray cats the most especially rb’s i can see myself having like 4 when i get older lol
i also like cats that are gray with black or white stripes
@KAIIIYO You’re right, but I like the grey-nosed one at 2:25. Oh god, I am such a sucker for dark, silky haired cats with smooth color blanding. Like I just fell in love with the Russian Blues in one of their other vids, then came here and fell in love with these kitties! I am powerless against them all. :(
That’s a beautiful cat.
rock on keep it up :)
2:20 looks like cross-eyed lol…cute cat though
I have a 12 month old Balinese named Picasso. He is just the most gorgeous and energetic little thing. We play a game where he wrestles with my hands; clawing and biting them. He wrestles vigorously, yet he is so gentle he NEVER opens a scratch on my skin. Affectionate little guy :) My favourite cats!!!
the cat at 2:22 is stunning , its colors its face shape just stunning wow .
Instincts that are lost from indoor breeding. Purebreds aren’t meant to be outside cats do to this.
They all say that for purebred cats because they have been bred indoors to prevent cross or mix breeding. In doing so they lose their instincts to survive well outside.
oh so theyre just called that cause theyre a unique breed of simeese oh well theyre all adorable cats are the best espesially simees and bermeese
Balinese were named after the Bali dancers & their flowing robes. The number of long hairs that appear (even today) in *pure* short hair blood lines are too few to substantiate any claims that the the long hair gene can be traced back to Thailand & the original temple cats.
Your history of the Balinese is not 100% accurate. Balinese originated in the USA & were 1st exported to the UK in the 1970s, I can name the 1st exports. Otherwise the examples presented are beautiful cats, it is nice to see the breed well represented. Su-Bali & KLM – established 1972, CFA Breed Council Secretary,
..acually they are keeping them safe. its not cruel. some sick bastards, like to harm or poision outdoor cats, some steal them for value, and some will go to anything because they are so nice. i wouldnt want my cat going to a great big rottie to get torn appart. my cats indoor as well. mainly cuz i know the people around here arnt that nice to animals
Me too. Totally indoor cats tend to turn lazy. My cat Martha sleeps all day.
I agree. Cats have instincts, and living indoors is very unnatural for them. They should at least have another cat to keep them company.
How can you say that you love cats and them keep them indoors? It is like saying that you love your kids but they can not play outsude for they might get hurt. It is unnatural and cruel.
Zenzooi
if they were born only from simeese then they are simeese not balineese i dont know why they call them this they just turned out different just like when ppl turn out different from theyre parents
Hello everybody!
Check the videos of my cats!!!!!
Thanks for your votes and comments!!
:D
i have a male balinese he’s 15 yrs old now. he’s like a dog so intelligent and does things that keeps me wondering that he’s really thinking.
If u like cats and are willing to put up some money on the table i would certainly recommend a balinese he or she will be ur companion for life and they are great with children too.
I got one. :D
I Love these cats! I had a balinese growing up – he passed away 3 years ago at the ripe old age of 15. He was one of my greatest friends – these cats are so in tune with human emotion and they are so gentle. He used to let my sister tackle him when she was a toddler and he wouldn’t even flinch! You are a breeder – where are you located?
cats are intelligent , do you think they don’,t know that there is an outside world? even if you keep them locked up all the time in the house. i would hate that?!
so cute!
Wow, I wish I had a balinese. Some day I will, I hope!
What a cool cat!
You can actually still be allergic to hairless cats and dogs. It isn’t the hair, it is the skin and saliva.
