The high end pet specialty stores in my area are carrying frozen raw meat diets. I make my own with a supplement powder I get from Feline Instincts. I use human-grade organic chicken and turkey for my cats’ food.
If you buy ground meat you do not have to have any special equipment for it. Most grinders you can purchase will grind chicken with the bones. They can’t do turkey.
